In 2006, PDM was renamed to Harmont \u0026amp; Blaine. Many months after, a special meeting approved an assets increase on 1 October 2007.\u003csup id=\"cite_ref-3\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2008, the firm Giano signed a business deal for the production and distribution of a new product line of Harmont \u0026amp; Blaine, named \u003ci\u003eHarmont \u0026amp; Blaine Shoes\u003c\/i\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe firm presented the Woman Collection in June 2010. During the same year, a co-branding operation with \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Honda\" title=\"Honda\"\u003eHonda \u003c\/a\u003eresulted in the creation of a new car, the Honda CR-V Harmont \u0026amp; Blaine.\u003csup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 2012–2013, the design, production and distribution of new lines has moved to the direct management of the company. In June 2013, the Man Collection was announced to the press during \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Milan_Fashion_Week\" title=\"Milan Fashion Week\"\u003eMilan Fashion Week\u003c\/a\u003e. After that, another flagship store was inaugurated in \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prague\" title=\"Prague\"\u003ePrague\u003c\/a\u003e in October.\u003csup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter many store openings all around the world, on 30 October 2014, Clessidra acquired 35% of Harmont \u0026amp; Blaine's stock, in order to support the plan of international growth of the firm. \u003csup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003eHarmont \u0026amp; Blaine expanded to other locations such as Prague, \u003csup id=\"cite_ref-7\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003eand Qatar through Abuissa Holding.\u003csup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAccording to its international development plan inside the French market, the firm established the subsidiary company Harmont \u0026amp; Blaine France and inaugurated its first boutique on 35 \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Boulevard_des_Capucines\" title=\"Boulevard des Capucines\"\u003eBoulevard des Capucines\u003c\/a\u003e, \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Paris\" title=\"Paris\"\u003eParis\u003c\/a\u003e, in October 2015.
